Disbursements & Billing Terms
Disbursements are third-party expenses paid on your behalf (e.g., court filing fees, process servers, couriers). We pass these through at cost and provide a detailed breakdown on your invoice.
HST (13%) applies to all legal fees and disbursements in Ontario. Invoices itemize time entries, fixed fees, and disbursements for maximum transparency. Flexible billing structures—hourly, fixed-fee, or bundled—are available to match your goals.
