- We are also appointed Notary Publics and Commissioners of Oaths, available to certify documents and commission declarations for personal and professional use.
No. Licensed paralegals are authorized to independently represent clients in Small Claims Court, at the Landlord and Tenant Board, and at the Licence Appeal Tribunal. For many legal matters, a paralegal is the most practical and cost-effective choice.
